So my car had been sitting outside for a while, i went to let it warm up, it started, but ran rough for a bit and quit, then wouldn't start again, even after sitting in a heated garage all night. Wondering if there were any ideas of what it may be, spark plugs possibly?

Its probably flooded, too cold of a motor for the fuel enrichment and it gets flooded.
To clear a flooded EFI car, push the pedal to the floor and keep it there, then crank the car over and see if it fires, keep the pedal floored until the RPM comes up and it starts to rev, get off it or baby the throttle then till it idles.
Putting the accelerator on the floor and keeping it there puts the pcm into 'clear flood mode' thus turning off the injectors but continuing to supply spark. This lets the motor clear out and run on the fuel in the cylinders.
Give it a try.
