Pretty soon it's just going to be a dressing for the engine bay lol ... right now it's a torque damper. There was an upper and lower TD and I went only for the upper for now because I'm planing on getting the rotated trans mounts which should pretty much cure what remaining (albeit almost nil) wheel hop I have. Seriously I dont think I've hopped much since the strut tower bar, sub-frame brace and the torque damper ... the rotated mounts actually help with axle alignment too and I've heard once they 'seat' there's negligible vibrations

And who'd you get the sub-frame brace from? ME!!!! hahahaha

I have yet to check out your tails in person.. I have driven by your car and seen them though and I still think you should do that to mine haha

LMAO!! Yes you sold me the sub-frame brace ... ok I pretty much stole it from you .. the tails man go to The Stripe Shop!! Originally I went there with product they said they couldn't do the tail lights and I asked him to try anyway ... he was happy with the outcome to AND from what I gather started ordering the product, IMO they did an awesome job ... I MIGHT even see if they can get a shade or two lighter for the fronts but so far I actually don't mind the fronts being clear with the side markers blacked out

How do the night running lights come through your shade?

If I do the tails the side markers have to go as well lol

Everything comes through just fine ... and the front side markers are a no brainer

THats a good question it's been so long lol. I'd have to see if they still have the record for it but it didn't really look that dark until it was on but the lights are still visible from 500M away so it's all good. They may have even standardized a tint level for the tails since doing mine

I think I might want to go a shade lighter than yours... but I don't know, I still have to see yours up close.

Thanks ... I loved the rims but when I got them I bought them with 2 blems at regular price with the understanding that as soon as they got more in they would replace them at no cost ... it's been over a year. I think this summer I need to lean on the distributor and get some money back

I was thinking of getting them stripped and powder coated black instead of black chrome if they aren't going to replace them ... or warranty the one that started flaking

Hey wait I assume you meant the tails right? lol I took the side marker bulbs right out after I blacked them out

Yes I meant the tails not the "illuminated side markers" which are hardly visible, even when not covered haha
