The New Balt
Alright, so I finally got the car out of SMP with the new motor, has to go back in on Monday though, the Cat is clogged and I fear I will blow this engine up too.
It's an 2006 SS/SC, has the 18" Gunmetal rims (currently in the shed), got the hub dubs and winter rubber from Raptor.
Interior plans include painting the headliner black, and all the silver trim matching orange, probably put the same heated seat kit in I had in the old car or maybe a heating/cooling seat kit from the same company, possibly a remote start, but may become a summer only vehicle by next winter. Currently has black leather SS seats, those will stay (I wish they made orange ones).
Engine mods are for a 280HP goal, unless it's no longer a DD then I will consider 300HP.

Re: The New Balt
300+ HP as a DD... I gotta agree, likely wouldn't be fun. Cause for a FWD car, likely wouldn't be getting the traction needed to be able to launch regularly on the roads... Anyways, nice clean balt, now get to work! I'd start with some tint.

Well, 300 is my target for my DD.....but it's really to each his own.

Re: The New Balt
Once I'm done putting my car back together and get a retune I plan on putting it on the rollers.

Re: The New Balt
Well the Tranny is in and everything is bolted back on under the car, just doing the KC install now. If the weather stays good I hopefully will drive the car to Edmonton next weekend and get the clutch nicely broken in. Then all I need to do is do the AC-KC hook-up (I'll need your help for this Mike) then I'll be ready for the retune
