I get the same sound when it's very very cold, but after the engines warmed up it goes away.

Re: rattle????
Does it sound more like a can of marbles? If so, it's more than likely just the supercharger gear set which is very very common.
Our transmission gearing makes noises as well.
It's a very noisy car. If it's common from the actual engine block, then you could have an issue.

Re: rattle????
I can almost bet they will say either "cannot recreate" or "operating normally". Doesn't hurt to try though.

Re: rattle????
so i took my car to sherwood, and they heard the rattle that i know is coming from my motor, drivers side internal is what is sure sounds like even with a hose hooked up, but they sure think its my steering coloumn on the inside of my car when you move it up and down, but yet i have no rattle's when i drive or turn or anything. so i don't know why they would think its that. does anyone else have any ideas. it sorta sounds like timing chain but its on the drivers side where there is no belts or anything. anyone have any information to add.
